📝 Is Therapy Right for Me? Common Questions, Answered

This is one of the most frequent questions I hear - and it’s a good one. You don’t need to have a “big problem” or a mental health diagnosis to begin therapy. Many of my clients come because something in their life feels confusing, painful, stuck, or simply out of balance - even if they can’t yet name what it is.

Therapy might be right for you if:

  • You’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or constantly emotionally tired

  • You’ve been feeling low, disconnected, or like you’re going through the motions

  • You struggle in your relationships and want to understand your patterns

  • You’re facing a transition or a loss that’s hard to process alone

  • You simply want to know yourself more deeply

It’s also okay to be unsure. Therapy is a space where we figure things out together. You don’t have to arrive with the “right words” or a full story. Just bringing your honest self is enough.

If you're reading this and wondering, Could this help me? - that’s already a meaningful beginning. You’re welcome to reach out and ask more. There is no commitment, no pressure - just a conversation.
