📝 Is Therapy Right for Me? Common Questions, Answered
This is one of the most frequent questions I hear - and it’s a good one. You don’t need to have a “big problem” or a mental health diagnosis to begin therapy. Many of my clients come because something in their life feels confusing, painful, stuck, or simply out of balance - even if they can’t yet name what it is.
Therapy might be right for you if:
You’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or constantly emotionally tired
You’ve been feeling low, disconnected, or like you’re going through the motions
You struggle in your relationships and want to understand your patterns
You’re facing a transition or a loss that’s hard to process alone
You simply want to know yourself more deeply
It’s also okay to be unsure. Therapy is a space where we figure things out together. You don’t have to arrive with the “right words” or a full story. Just bringing your honest self is enough.
If you're reading this and wondering, Could this help me? - that’s already a meaningful beginning. You’re welcome to reach out and ask more. There is no commitment, no pressure - just a conversation.
