đź’Ś A Letter to Someone Feeling Stuck

Dear you

If you’ve found yourself here, reading these words, there’s probably a quiet heaviness you’ve been carrying. You may not be in crisis, but something isn’t quite right. You feel unmotivated, lost, emotionally tired. And you can’t fully explain why.

Maybe you're doing fine on the outside. You go to work, reply to messages, show up for others. But inside, something feels dimmed or distant. Joy feels far away. Your energy feels stretched thin.

Let me say this clearly and gently. It’s okay to feel stuck.

There are times in life when we cannot move forward but we also cannot go back. We don’t know exactly what’s wrong, and yet we know something needs to change. This space between clarity and confusion can feel frustrating. But it is also a signal that something inside you is ready for attention.

You do not have to figure this out on your own. Therapy is not about having everything sorted out before you begin. It is about creating a space where your thoughts, feelings, and questions can be held and explored together.

You don’t need to have the right words. You just need to show up as you are. From there, something meaningful can begin.

With warmth
Arilda
